How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?
Orders will be shipped by UPS and typically take 24-48 hours to leave our warehouse.
What will it cost to ship my order?
We charge a simple flat rate of $7 for all ground shipments anywhere within the continental US.
- Two-Day air is available for an additional $15.00
- Next Day Air is available for an additional charge of $30.00
What type of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
At this time we accept orders only from the US.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged only on orders with a ship-to address in Florida.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased directly from NativeOutfitters.com?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund and we will pay for the cost to return your items. Items must not have been worn, be in the condition you received them, and be returned with our Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and UPS shipping return label. You can return any item for up to 7 days from the purchase date for a full refund and up to 30 days for an exchange.
Can I return or exchange to you a Native Outfitters item purchased from a retail store or affiliate online retailer?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items which were not purchased through NativeOutfitters.com.
